What helps us help you

• What you did and what you expected, in a sentence or two.
• The report: press Report a Problem in the Help section of the panel (or in the add-on's preferences). It saves a zip with the last run's log, its settings and your Blender and system versions, opens the folder, and starts a mail to us. Attach the zip to the mail. Your mesh is never included; if it helps, Save Report next to the result line can add it when you tick Include Mesh and Guides. See Reporting a problem.
• A screenshot, if it is about how something looks.

Updates

QuadGuide checks once a day whether a newer version exists, and shows a note at the top of its panel when one does. It reads a single public file, quadgui.de/version.json, and sends nothing about you or your scene. It never downloads or installs anything: you get the new version from the shop where you bought QuadGuide.

To switch the check off, untick Check for Updates in the add-on's preferences. Check Now there looks right away. What changed is in the Changelog.
